Sports Clearing

Clearing packets can be picked up and submitted back to clerical staff in the school's main office. All forms, and the required fee paid in cash, check, or online credit payment, must be submitted a the same time. Forms can be printed from the links below.

Payment information: The participation fee is $50. Out of district student participation fee is $75.
